 The purpose of this website is to describe the four key areas of my work/life.

  1. Consulting in the area of leadership, teamwork, culture, cooperation and results,
  2. Speaking on emotional intelligence and the emerging form of leadership called regenerative leadership,
  3. “Relocalizing“ by contributing to and strengthening local community in Yamhill County, OR and
  4. Living a remarkable life with my wife Sara on 11 acres in Oregon’s wine country near Portland.
