The purpose of this website is to describe the four key areas of my work/life.
- Consulting in the area of leadership, teamwork, culture, cooperation and results,
- Speaking on emotional intelligence and the emerging form of leadership called regenerative leadership,
- “Relocalizing“ by contributing to and strengthening local community in Yamhill County, OR and
- Living a remarkable life with my wife Sara on 11 acres in Oregon’s wine country near Portland.
